Gastroenterologist & Hepatologist
Dr Harry Crane is a specialist gastroenterologist and hepatologist. He obtained his medical degree from The University of Sydney in 2014 and is a fellow of the Royal Australian College of Physicians after completing gastroenterology advanced training at St Vincent’s and Liverpool Hospitals.
He currently works as a consultant gastroenterologist at Liverpool Hospital.
Harry is passionate about all aspects of gastroenterology including general gastroenterology, colorectal cancer screening and prevention, inflammatory bowel disease, diagnosis and management liver diseases including liver cancer, and diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopy.
Harry has academic publications in various areas of gastroenterology but his primary research interest is in the relationship between metabolic syndrome, fatty liver disease and liver cancer.
He is currently completing his PhD in this area.
